Wonderful houseparty, Aug 10, 2005

This place is a houseparty. Friends who meet friends. Those of us that go on a regular basis, and not just putting in something to bash this site, love the place. The $30 donation per couple is far less than any BUSINESS club in the area. There are soda's and water for drinks or mixers. No setup fees for making you a drink with your own liquor. Sheets are cleaned daily and changed when needed during the party. True it isn't hosh posh, but it is just what is needed for a night out of fun. |

Well, I checked it out to see if it was something my wife and I may go to. The directions were not that great, probably because it is set out of the way. A map would help rather then written directions. I was shown the donation box, when I walked right by it it was met with some comments about this is the only way we can support this house and we cant if people don't donate, blah blah blah... thats OK, I was going to donate anyways... I understand the need. But it shouldn't be a guilt trip! People will donate if they like the place!
It was advertised as a mansion and upscale. NOT!
Outdated decor, no internal renovations, kinda like a big frat house. A little paint and some interior design goes a long way guys! For a few hundred bucks you can make it look upscale and get more clientel come because it would feel like an upper-class establishment. Nice backyard and pool though.
The owner does comes across as rude, but I think his personality is just misunderstood on first impressions. He seems an OK guy, I think it just takes a while to warm up to new people. Not everyone is a social butterfly. I don't think 'd say anything bad about him... it's up to you to mingle!
Not sure if I'll go back with my wife. I don't think she'll like the decor as our own house is almost as big and looks nicer. She may be turned off by it. But it may be a good place to meet people, there were some nice people there. I guess I was expecting the playboy mansion when they said upscale mansion.

We have been going to this establishment for almost 2 years now. We were made welcome the first time we went. Instantly it felt like we had been at a close friends house. As with any place, there are the little clicks. The difference here is that the people in the clicks are always ready to welcome new members to their click. There is a big diversity in members, form pencil thin to bbw, and a great mix of races if that is what you are into. No extra charge for mixers (soda & water) and usually a good mix of snacks. Something for everyone if you ask us |
